How it works:
A guest can use the Worldroom Travel Easy Check-in Terminal simply :
- By touch screen operation of registering personal details
- Insert the credit card details for identification purposes
- Then follow a set of simple on-screen instructions and use the touch screen to check in.
- The terminal displays the traveler's reservation, selects a room based on the customer's preferences, issues one or more room keys and provides printed room directions and information.
- The terminal will be interfaced with the hotels own technology platform. This gives the terminal access to up-to-the-minute information regarding guest choices and service recovery alerts and thus provides accurate service to incoming guests.
